Find your Inner Harmony
Children and Teens
If your child is struggling right now, you’re probably feeling it too. The emotional outbursts, the shutdowns, the anxiety, the lack of focus, the constant back-and-forth… it can leave you wondering how to actually help them in a way that sticks.
This is where my work is different.
I specialize in working with children and teens because they are some of the most responsive clients for real, lasting change. A child’s brain is still developing, which means it’s naturally more adaptable. This is called neuroplasticity, and it allows them to form new patterns, release emotional blocks, and build healthier responses much faster than most adults.

In simple terms, kids don’t have years of deeply reinforced patterns to fight against. When guided the right way, change can happen quickly and naturally.
Hypnosis works by helping your child access the part of their mind where emotions, habits, and automatic behaviors are stored. Instead of trying to “talk them into” change or relying on willpower, we work directly with the root of what’s going on underneath the surface.

That means we’re not just managing behaviors. We’re shifting what’s driving them.
Hypnosis can help your child with:
• Anxiety and constant worry
• Emotional outbursts and anger
• ADHD-related challenges and focus
• Low confidence and self-esteem
• Depression and emotional shutdown
• Behavioral struggles at home or school
• Fears and phobias
• Sleep issues

Through this work, kids begin to understand their emotions instead of being overwhelmed by them. They learn how to regulate themselves, make better choices, and feel more in control of their thoughts and actions. Many parents notice their child becoming more cooperative, more confident, and more connected within just a few sessions.
And just as importantly, I work with you as the parent throughout the process. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what your child is experiencing and how to respond in a way that actually helps, so things feel more manageable, more connected, and more peaceful at home.
This isn’t about labeling or fixing your child. It’s about helping them access the strengths that are already there and giving your whole family the tools to move forward in a healthier way.
